Filed under noun. The headnote is fine; the footnote is that Manchild only ever meant one thing to the people using it and something else entirely to the people explaining it.

Sighting @dotcom_debris · Coroner 19 Jan 2026

'Manchild' as a birthday-cake message for a thirty-year-old man, ordered by his girlfriend, in 2025. The record notes he laughed and did not help clear up.

Correction @lowbattery_lou · Digger 2 Nov 2025

The record spells it one way; the original post spelled it another. I would keep the original, typo and all. The typo is the provenance.
