Nothing about the video is sinister on its own terms. It is a product demonstration. The uncanny reading comes from watching it without the product it was demonstrating.
The original video is titled 'Please' and belongs to a set called Android Music Videos, Vol. 1. 'I Feel Fantastic' is the name of the 2009 reupload, not the work.
Passed round in the early 2010s in lists of unsettling YouTube videos, usually with invented backstories attached that the footage does not support.
