The definition implies everyone used Crashout the same way. They did not. There were at least two camps by the second month, and they did not like each other.

Live specimen. A brand account used Crashout in a reply to a customer complaint. The complaint was about a delivery. The customer did not reply.

The verb is the process; the noun is the incident report. The record has both because the internet uses both, and a good crashout deserves a noun.
