Died in 2017, having done precisely what it was built to do. Charting at fifteen for a song that is functionally a set of instructions is not a failure; it is the ceiling.
Hit the Quan
A song that existed to start a hashtag, and did: the #HitTheQuanChallenge put a very large number of people on camera doing the same drop-and-swing. It peaked at number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100. The record's entry for the challenge as a distribution method.

Logged at a wedding reception in 2016: the DJ played it, six people knew it exactly, forty attempted it, and one uncle went down and had to be helped up.

By 2015 the hashtag was doing the work the video used to do. You did not share the song; you filmed yourself failing at it and tagged the song, which counted as the same thing.
