This happened a while back after the recession first hit. Time published a separate issue in Europe with the front cover reading, “what would Marx think?”, which never came out in the US. They should just start publishing the American Time as a celebrity magazine.

I have a subscription to TIME and received both magazines. The school bus issue was one week before the Pakistan issue. The US receives issues first.
