Why is that double fail? Clearly the actual fail image is Denial Fail, but I don’t see how the rest is?

It’s a double fail because the person who took the screencap is the person who submitted the yahoo question (it says “Your open question” at the top, and it was posted 1 second ago)
In other words, it’s fake.
