The Korean War refers to a period of military conflict between North Korea and South Korea regimes, with major hostilities beginning on June 25, 1950, pausing with an armistice signed on July 27, 1953, and resuming when North Korea withdrew from the armistice on May 27, 2009 and declared that “the Korean peninsula will go back to a state of war.”
This is pretty accurate. North Korea declared that it would not abide by the one hundred year peace treaty. It’s only been 66 years, so breaking the treaty basically a redeclaration of war.
Well, now it’s official. North Korea has broken the armistice, so now if anybody wants to, it can destroy North Korea.

North and South Korea signed an armistance. Its like the two countries said to each other: “Let’s not shoot at each other for a while, but I STILL HATE YOU AND THIS IS NOT OVER!”
