An error code that spells 'idiot' — the helpdesk's way of noting on a ticket that the user was the fault, alongside PEBKAC. The record's entry for the insult disguised as a diagnostic, and the reason some tickets are never shown to the customer.

The launch advert for Google's Bard chatbot, posted in February 2023, in which the bot claimed the James Webb Space Telescope took the first pictures of a planet outside the solar system. It had not; that was done in 2004. Astronomers pointed this out, Alphabet's shares fell around nine per cent the next day, and the record files the first chatbot error with a reported price tag of roughly $100 billion.
