In the movie “Castaway” Tom Hanks plays a man who’s stranded on an island. There is no one to interact with, but he finds a volleyball in the wreckage which he grabbed with his hand, which was bloody due to a minor accident he had. He saw a face on the volleyball and started talking to it. He did so throughout the film. Healtone.
